Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions in the Neuro/Trauma unit. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans while providing empathetic support across the continuum of care. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a Med/Surg residency option for newly graduated nurses. Weekly hours and schedule vary; salary ranges from $35.00 to $48.00.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
- National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN)
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Department specific competencies
- Certifications
