RN - Registered Nurse - ICU

Provide direct nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Work full-time nights consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., or on a PRN basis for rotating nights.
