RN - Registered Nurse - ICU

Provide direct nursing care in the ICU in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Full-time nights shifts (3) 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. or PRN nights and rotating shifts available at UAB St. Vincent's St. Clair.
