RN - Registered Nurse - ICU

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Work full-time nights on three 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., or on a PRN basis for nights and rotating shifts at UAB St. Vincent's St. Clair in central Alabama.
