Job Summary
RN - Registered Nurse for Human Touch Home Care in Colorado. Delivers patient-centered home health care, conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments, develops and revises care plans, administers medications and treatments, coordinates with physicians and families, provides patient and family education, and participates in on-call duties. Requires nursing degree from an accredited program, current state RN licensure, CPR certification, 1–2 years of acute care experience, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time role with responsibilities including supervision of home health aides and coordination of care across home settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting
- Current licensure in state and CPR certification
- RN-Registered License (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
