RN | Registered Nurse | Hospice House | Nights

Assess and manage patient symptoms, particularly pain, while administering medications and updating care plans in a 12-bed inpatient hospice facility. Document all care provided and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team of physicians, social workers, and chaplains to ensure dignified end-of-life services. Support and educate families, offering emotional reassurance and explaining care expectations during this difficult time. Shifts run 3-12 hours from 7:00pm to 7:00am. Requires an active Kansas RN license, BSN or ADN, and current CPR/BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include hospice experience, CHPN certification, and EMR proficiency.
