RN | Registered Nurse | Hospice House | Nights

Provide hands-on, comfort-focused nursing care to patients in an inpatient hospice setting, assessing and managing symptoms like pain while administering medications. Update care plans, document all interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, aides, social workers, and chaplains. Support and educate families on end-of-life expectations, offering emotional reassurance during this difficult time. Shifts run 7:00pm to 7:00am, 3-12 hours per day, full-time. This role combines clinical skill with holistic care focused on quality of life rather than curative treatment within a 12-bed facility dedicated to end-of-life support.
