RN (Registered Nurse) Hospice Administrator

Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospice program, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Lead and support clinical and administrative staff while developing policies and procedures to drive quality improvement and performance initiatives. Manage department performance, operations, and outcomes, and support growth and community awareness of hospice services. Build strong communication across teams, patients, and families in a fast-paced environment. Requires an active Missouri or Compact RN license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and hospice leadership experience.
