Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment with confidence. Manage clear care plans and physician orders, ensuring safety through PPE and CDC-aligned protocols. Work within a calm, controlled environment supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists for training. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, recent physical, BLS CPR card, and driver's license. Experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents is preferred or training provided. Weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
