Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for patients with high acuity needs, focusing fully on the child and their family without juggling multiple patients or constant interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment while utilizing clinical judgment with confidence, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Maintain clear care plans and physician orders, ensuring all safety protocols including CDC-aligned PPE are followed. Requires a current, active Florida RN license, BLS CPR card, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are provided for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
