Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including ventilation and tracheostomy management, in a home setting. Deliver skilled nursing with clinical judgment while building consistent relationships with the child and family. Utilize clear care plans and physician orders to maintain continuity of care, supported by 24/7 on-call clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain current Texas RN licensure and BLS CPR certification, with G-tube, vent, or trach experience preferred. Weekly pay and direct deposit are available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Texas RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
