Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one high-acuity pediatric home health care, focusing fully on each patient and their family while utilizing clinical judgment in a controlled environment. Deliver skilled nursing for children with complex needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent support, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols with provided PPE and collaborate with respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Access 24/7 on-call clinical support through an employee portal to manage shifts and request competency development. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, recent physical, and BLS CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
