RN Registered Nurse (Homecare)

Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, emergency care, and chronic disease management. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring student responses. Maintain and ensure student immunization and health records comply with state regulations. Develop and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for students with medical conditions. Serve as a liaison between students, families, healthcare providers, and school staff to coordinate care and accommodations. Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with HIPAA and FERPA guidelines.
