Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while managing behavioral health requirements through redirection and structured environments. Deliver skilled nursing for conditions involving G-tubes, trach, or vents, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols with provided PPE and utilize the employee portal to manage flexible scheduling and shift requests. Valid Pennsylvania RN license, BLS CPR, and driver's license required. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
