Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family without juggling multiple patients or constant interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing with confidence using clear care plans and physician orders, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Maintain patient safety by adhering to CDC guidelines with provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Current, active Florida RN license and BLS CPR card required. Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent preferred, with Alzheimer's training provided. Weekly pay, PTO, and medical/dental/vision insurance included.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
