Job Summary
Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions to manage pain and symptoms, then educate and support patient families. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. This role offers flexible scheduling options for PRN coverage in Virginia Beach, with a competitive hourly range of $37.00 to $45.00.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification
