Job Summary
Manage your own caseload including supervision of LPN visits and run your schedule. Conduct varied weekly visits involving routine care, evaluations, and starts of care while educating patients on conditions like CHF, COPD, Diabetes, and wound management. Collaborate with physicians to obtain orders and write diagnosis-driven plans of care, working alongside a therapy team including PT, OT, and Speech. Requires an active Kansas or Compact RN license and valid Missouri driver's license. Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability in McPherson, Newton, KS, and surrounding areas with a pay range of $80,000 – $95,000.
Required Qualifications
- Active Kansas or Compact RN License
- Valid Missouri Driver's License
- Strong clinical skills in physical assessment and diagnostic interpretation
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage your own caseload
- Compassionate communicator with patients, families, and physicians
Desired Qualifications
- Home health experience strongly preferred
