Job Summary
Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Administer medications and treatments, manage pain and symptoms, and educate family caregivers on care needs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. This role offers PRN scheduling in Cookeville, TN, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification
