RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health

Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Direct nursing care by administering medications, treatments, and interventions, and manage pain and symptoms. Educate and support patient families and caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. This full-time role in Jeffersonville, IN covers Jackson, Jennings, and Orange areas, offering flexible scheduling and a 1:1 care model with less time on feet.
