Job Summary
Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Administer medications and treatments, manage pain and symptoms, and educate families and caregivers on care protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation, while participating in required on-call rotations. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule in Pensacola, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification

- Geriatrics experience
- Experience in other related settings
