Job Summary
Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients, then create home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Direct nursing care by administering medications, treatments, and interventions while managing pain and symptoms. Educate and support patient families and caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in Tellico Plains, TN, serving patients across Roane, Loudon, Monroe, Meigs, and McCmin counties.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification
