Job Summary
Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Direct nursing care by administering medications, treatments, and interventions, and manage pain and symptoms. Educate and support patient families and caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. Full-time schedule with flexible options and a $15k sign-on bonus available for this role in Reidsville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification
