Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and educating patients and families on care plans and best practices. Coordinate with physicians and care team, complete timely documentation for each visit, and support autonomy in a home-based setting. Requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, Level 2 background, vent and GTUBE experience, and strong assessment/communication skills. Part-time or PRN roles based in Ruskin, FL with in-person visits; W2 employee with competitive pay and benefits.
