Job Summary
Conduct community outreach to reconnect clients with HIV care across encampments, shelters, and supportive housing. Provide onsite triage, medication management, lab draws, and injection administration while overseeing coordination of medical and psychosocial services. Deliver both urgent and routine medical advice to patients and team members, collaborating with the Max Clinic RN to support clinic needs. This role supports Harborview's Mobile Outreach Team, a shared position between the Max clinic, King County Public Health, and Peer Seattle dedicated to reengaging vulnerable populations in HIV medical services.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
- At least 2 years of professional nursing experience
- Outreach experience
- Knowledge of community social services, low barrier models, harm reduction principles, and/or diverse populations including houseless and underserved
- Understanding of medication assisted treatment (MAT)
- Nurse Triage experience
