Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring and recording patient conditions as appropriate. Work 36 hours per week across three 12-hour day shifts from 7am to 7pm.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire
