RN Registered Nurse Full-Time HSA Day Shift -Putnam County

Lead the HSA site by formulating staffing patterns, conducting monthly staff meetings, and managing orientation and performance evaluations. Ensure all nursing operations comply with contract requirements, QCHC policies, and standards of care while assessing clinical skills and correcting deficiencies. Coordinate with physicians and jail administration to foster teamwork, manage budgetary planning, and submit weekly and monthly corporate reports. Perform inmate care per physician orders and assist in pharmacy utilization reviews and annual competency evaluations. Maintain full-time HSA day shift status with an annual degree in nursing.
