Job Summary
RN in a leadership/administrative role overseeing operations for designated site within correctional healthcare, responsible for staffing, compliance with contract requirements and nursing standards, staff development and evaluations, budgeting, policy development, coordination with physicians and jail administration, and ensuring CQI initiatives and overall continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Valid/current Nursing License from state of employment.
- Current CPR
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing practice with 1-2 years of administrative/management experience preferred.
- One year of experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
