RN Registered Nurse Full Time and Part Time (86873)

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for residents in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity. Perform daily rounds to ascertain resident condition and comfort, while following safety and infection control guidelines to protect residents from injury. Assess and evaluate changes in resident status, institute appropriate interventions, and communicate with physicians and allied health professionals as needed. Maintain hand-off communications with oncoming shifts and oversee direct care staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed. Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements while speaking, reading, and writing English.
