RN - Registered Nurse - Full and Part Time (86791)

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for residents in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity. Perform daily rounds to ascertain resident condition and comfort, while following safety and infection control guidelines to protect against injury. Assess resident changes in condition and institute appropriate interventions, communicating with physicians and maintaining hand-off communications with oncoming shifts. Oversee direct care staff to ensure tasks and care assignments are completed. Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements, speak, read, and write English, and apply basic general math principles.
