Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, coordinating assessments, education, and treatment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards for the assigned clinical setting. Full-time 36-hour day shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
