Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents, managing assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and preventative health maintenance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to plan and evaluate care plans while coordinating resident education and interventions. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence. Maintain full scope of nursing expertise in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Full-time 36-hour day shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
