RN / Registered Nurse - FT Weekend Days

Conduct individualized nursing care for residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and deliver education while managing preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and resolve care concerns. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards per the assigned clinical setting and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
