RN / Registered Nurse - FT Weekend Days

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and coordinate care while managing preventative health, diagnosis, and treatment phases. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to assistive personnel and support safe administration of resident care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards.
