Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement preventative health measures for seniors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care while serving as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice, ensuring safe administration of care and resolving service concerns. This full-time weekend role includes a 12-hour day shift schedule with 36 weekly hours and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
