Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and manage preventative health, diagnosis, and treatment for seniors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care plans. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license and preferred Bachelor's degree. Full-time 36-hour day shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
