Job Summary
RN / Registered Nurse role providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel; adheres to Nursing Practice Act and professional codes; requires current RN license and nursing program training; BSN preferred; night shift, full-time schedule, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
- Nursing practice in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and license requirements
- Ability to coordinate care and provide resident-centered nursing care
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred (BSN)
