Job Summary
Registered Nurse delivers individualized resident care using the nursing process across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment. Collaborates with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate; adheres to Nursing Practice Act and ethical standards; supports resident education and care coordination. Shift is Night, full-time, with potential for standard nursing responsibilities and compliance with facility policies in a senior housing/service setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (multistate licensure eligible where applicable)
- Obtains and maintains department-specific competencies and certifications
