Job Summary
RN provides individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior housing and services setting. Leads or participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team, and may serve as charge nurse. Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards; ensures resident safety and education; requires an RN license and state-specific licensure if applicable. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA-accredited program background is described as preferred. Night shift, full-time role with a sign-on bonus opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
