Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) in a not-for-profit senior care facility. Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel; ensures safe, reliable administration of care. Requires an unencumbered RN license; BSN preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation considerations; multistate licensure possible in NLC states. Adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Nurses. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required. Sign-on bonus of $20,000. Full-time night shift with benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
