RN - Registered Nurse - FT - Nights

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) and collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and state rules. Delivers care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment phases, coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, and provides resident education. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe, reliable administration of care and addressing care concerns. This role requires maintaining department-specific competencies and certifications and practicing in accordance with professional standards and ethics.
