RN - Registered Nurse - FT Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care and educate residents. Perform resident assessments, implement various nursing interventions, and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence. Serve as charge nurse as needed to support safe administration of care and resolve service concerns. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
