RN - Registered Nurse - FT Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care and deliver resident education. Manage care delegation to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing practice. Serve as charge nurse as needed to delegate tasks aligned with resident care needs and staff competence. Work night shifts in a Christian environment supporting over 100 years of senior housing and services.
