Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice. Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as a charge nurse when needed. Requires an unencumbered Minnesota RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time day shift rotation from 4:00am to 4:30pm with bi-weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed RN in Minnesota
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be available for Every Third Weekend and Rotating Holidays
- Must be available for Rotating Holidays
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for Day Shifts
- Must be available for 12 Hours shifts
- Must be available for 4:00am to 4:30pm shifts
- Must be available for Full time employment
- Must be available for 36.00 Weekly Hours
- Must be available for 72 Hours a bi-weekly pay period
- Must be available for a Drug Free Workplace
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
