RN, Registered Nurse - FT Days - Bethany

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, and families to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Coordinate resident assessments, education, and interventions while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing expertise. Serve as charge nurse to delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe administration of care. Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Rules, and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered Minnesota RN license, Bachelor's degree preferred, and 36 weekly hours on day shifts from 4:00am to 4:30pm.
