Job Summary
Registered Nurse Float position in ER Nursing Float Pool requiring BSN and at least 2 years experience in emergency and another specialty, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Department and another specialty
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- TNCC certification
- PALS certification within 30 days of hire
- Current RN License in the state of employment or compact
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency department and other specialty care
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to perform unit-specific competencies based on patient care needs
