RN (Registered Nurse) Executive Director - Beaumont Hospice

Executive Director III, Hospice oversees overall hospice operations and accounting for agency success, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, patient and employee satisfaction while supporting fiscal responsibility and profitable growth. Leads staff selection/interviewing, coaching, and staffing across offices; manages the sales team and corporate committees; drives quality indicators, community relationships, and growth through partnerships and joint ventures; ensures Medicare/Medicaid compliance and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices; provides strategic vision, mentorship, and operational leadership for multiple sites with a focus on patient care, staff development, and organizational change. Requires RN license (state of location) with strong leadership, strategic planning, regulatory knowledge, and ability to travel as needed.
