Job Summary
RN delivers quality nursing care to patients, evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans based on changes in condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs as part of an interdisciplinary team in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Strong customer service, reasoning, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
