RN, Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Provide nursing care for upper and lower endoscopies and advanced GI procedures in a rotating shift environment with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Assess patient care, collaborate with physicians and anesthesia teams, and develop plans of care including physical, spiritual, and educational components. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes while ensuring patient safety and promoting evidence-based practice within the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program model. Communicate pertinent information to team members and keep patients and families apprised of their status.
