Job Summary
Care for endoscopy patients through pre-op, procedure, and recovery phases at the new Kathryn Ann Meinders Health Institute. Utilize the nursing process to maintain professional accountability and coordinate care across departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Provide critical-care nursing support with occasional night and weekend coverage requiring a 30-minute response time. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and two years of critical-care experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10 shifts with occasional on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Occasional nights and weekends with a 30-minute response time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2 years of critical-care nursing experience
