Job Summary
Per diem Registered Nurse in UW Medical Center-Northwest Emergency Department (Seattle, WA). Responsibilities include triaging and stabilizing patients on arrival, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and fluids, and collaborating with ED physicians, cardiac care professionals, social workers, and paramedics to support trauma, cardiac, stroke, and behavioral health patients. Work a fast-paced schedule with 12-hour shifts and a mix of mid and night shifts, contributing to high-quality, compassionate patient care across a diverse local and regional population.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of recent RN work experience in an Emergency Department
- ACLS
- BLS
- Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
